It is hereby reiterated that the right of withdrawal under Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code does not apply to sales made at trade shows. However, the Seller grants the Customer a period of seven (7) calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal from a sale concluded remotely or outside the Seller's premises. In accordance with Article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in relation to personalized Products, such as engravings and special creations or personalized items.
In the event of withdrawal, the Customer shall inform the Seller by completing the form attached to the order form and sending it by post to the Seller's address: SYC HAI, 6, rue Louveau, 92320 Châtillon.
The deposit will be refunded no later than seven (7) days from the date on which the Seller was informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw.
