It should be noted that the right to withdraw an order under article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code is not applicable to sales made during the Show. However, the Vendor grants the Customer a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to exercise his right of withdrawal from a sale concluded at a distance, or outside the Vendor's establishments. In accordance with article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised in respect of personalized products such as engravings, special creations or personalized items.
In the event of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Vendor by completing the form attached to the order ticket and sending it by post to the Vendor's address: SYC HAI, 6, rue Louveau, 92320 Châtillon.
The deposit will be reimbursed no later than fourteen (14) days from when the Vendor is informed of the Customer's withdrawal decision.RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL SALE: OFF-Premises SALE.
